I will admit before I met my husband, I had no interest in anything Star Trek related.  But one night, when my husband and I were dating we binged watched an entire season he had on DVD, and realized the fan obsession of this sci-fi masterpiece.

And will say that without Spock, Star Trek would not have been as successful as it was. The half-Vulcan Science Officer had a way of captivating its audience with his dry wit and matter of fact logic.

So when I heard of the passing of Leonard Nimoy, the actor who brought life to Spock, I had to honor his memory by listing his infamous words that have inspired me through the years.
