My blogging career started back in May of 2009, when I launched Hecho Para Mamá, a bilingual lifestyle platform, which centered on providing product reviews, helpful tips and overall useful information for families.
Driven by my desire to inform and empower, I am continuing my journey here on The Wired Family. All of the content from Hecho Para Mamá will still be here, but a new discussion has emerged and will be the focus here, tech for families. Because honestly, technology is only as good as it is understood. I want to provide families with the necessary tools to make informed decisions and to make their lives easier.
Over the years, I have had the extraordinary opportunity to work on several campaigns including Ambassadorship programs with various Fortune 100 companies, from education to entertainment to finance, family safety and consumer tech.
My extensive knowledge in social media has made me a valuable resource in the space and has opened up doors to many new experiences. I was the Editor at Latina Bloggers Connect, a community that connects bloggers with brands who want to engage with Latinas online. I was also named as a Top Latina Blogger in 2012 by LATISM (Latinos in Social Media) and attended an exclusive mini MBA program at the White House for Latina bloggers and social media influencers.
I am currently a Verizon FiOS Influencer. As a part of this program, I assist in driving the conversation and responding to questions regarding my experience as a longtime Verizon FiOS customer.
