littleBits: Let Your Kids Rule Their Rooms +Giveaway (CLOSED)
Over the last few years, my family and I have fallen in love with littleBits. These electronic building blocks have inspired my now seven-year-old to think outside the box. It has helped him build his confidence, understand concepts, and develop problem-solving skills he has lacked due to his auditory processing disorder. By tinkering, and thinking through possible solutions to problems, he has found comfort in his ability to create things all on his own.
Aside from helping my son in more ways that I could have thought, these kits, empower kids regardless of age, gender, and even technical background to create and explore through problem-solving. And because we are such fans, I am thrilled to share the newest addition to the littleBits collection. The recently launched Rule Your Room Kit is equipped with bits, accessories, and step-by-step instructions to create inventions and bait any potential trespassers.
The Rule Your Room kit provides endless screen-free time for kids to customize inventions by combining the building blocks with just about anything they own. Recommended ages are 8-13.
