#StreamTeam: Creating Harmony With Sibling Playlists
Disclosure: I am part of the #StreamTeam for Netflix, all thoughts my own
My boys don’t mess around. They play and love hard, and fight even harder. They are quick to fight over the most trivial things like toys, socks and even snacks. But oddly enough when it comes to what they watch it seems like the only time in which they co-exist and have even created a standard playlist of their favorite movies and shows to watch together.
I love that together my 3-year-old and 7-year-old have amassed quite a fun collection of favorites they recycle every so often. And best of all it was something they both agreed upon amicably and didn't involve tantrums, screaming matches or either one pulling the, 'I'll call Mom' card, which in my book is a win-win.
Some of the titles my boys love to watch together include; Minions, Hotel Transylvania 2, KONG: King of the Apes (which released season one this month), Animaniacs (my favorite growing up) and these other go-to titles.
They love being able to watch shows I grew up on and feel like they can go back to a time when I was their age. They ask endless questions which makes me feel like Netflix is bridging a programming generation gap between me and my boys. Making these moments that much more special for us.
